Andrew is the Founder and CEO of The Deering Group. A Leader in Operations and People, Andrew has spent more than 20 years in leadership roles, delivering organisational development programs and leading transformational change. He has built teams from the ground up that had the capability to deliver programs competently and safely, often in short timeframes and high-risk environments.
Andrew has lead The Deering Group to become Australia’s leading experts in large organisational transformational capability and change programs. An innovative and forward-thinking group of experts, Andrew and his team have delivered programs to organisations and teams across Australia.
Some of the organisations Andrew has worked with include BP, Origin Energy, Shell, Todd Energy, MPC Group, APA Group and ERGT Australia.
A key team member of The Deering Group since inception, Principal Consultant Kevin Cash is a highly experienced Human Resource Professional. Having led transformational activities across a number of industry sectors including Oil & Gas, Transport & Logistics and Infrastructure. Specifically, Kevin has worked in various roles including:

- Small business owner
Louise uses her expertise to design tailored learning and development programs to the needs of the workforce and the organisation. She leverages technology and delivery methods to meet unique needs, and ensure even the most remote locations have effective training programs and competent teams.
Louise’s experience crosses several industries including oil and gas, mining and resources, engineering and construction, and defence. From high-risk environments to administrative settings, Louise has delivered highly effective solutions that have engaged the team, increased competency, created a safer environment – and improved performance.

Throughout her career, she has lead change management, project management and governance in several organisations as well as delivering complete training and vocational education solutions. This broad range of experience and unique skill set allows Kim to balance attention to detail and accuracy with a highly strategic approach, and the ability clearly understand the bigger picture of the work she delivers across the entire organisation.
Through detailed analysis, Kim designs tailored, adaptable programs that meet a variety of organisational scenarios, ensuring they meet the needs of the team and the business, and achieve the outcome of competent, safe and skilled workforces.
