How We Help

Work as Flow

The Work as Flow model informs our approach to every project.

It is a structure we use to guide our curiosity; how we understand your organisation, your people and the work they do in a meaningful way.

Work as designed

What does the documentation say people should be doing?

Every organisation has documentation describing how work is intended to be done, such as Training Material, Procedures, Job Descriptions, Process Maps. We take this documentation through a comprehensive desktop review to understand how work has been designed and documented.

Work as done

What is everyone actually doing every day - in the office, the field, wherever they work?

We use various tools, like Skills Analysis, to capture a complete 360-degree picture of the tasks people perform each hour, day, week, and month. This is the true reflection of what happens each day as work happens.

Work as imagined

What do the organisation’s leaders think happens when their people work each day?

We interview and meet with leaders, managers, supervisors, and coordinators – the people who set and manage the scope of work – to get a comprehensive understanding of their expectations.

Work as desired

What do the people in your organisation at all levels see as a way things can be done better?

Across the board, your teams and leaders hold a lot of untapped wisdom – they know where the gaps are and how to fill them. With every conversation and review we undertake, we ask: where are the opportunities to do things better?
